My Main Problem With the Justice League Movie

I generally enjoyed the Justice League movie. It was a lot of fun and the characters were interesting. But I did have one problem.

It all comes down to the death and resurrection of Superman/Clark Kent. First of all, the glasses disguise is not the most complex in the world. It shouldn't take much to see through that (see what I did there?).

In Batman v Superman, you have funerals for the deaths of Clark Kent and Superman at the same time. That is not too much of a problem. Doomsday did quite a bit of damage during his rampage and it is conceivable that a reporter could get killed during the battle between Superman and Doomsday.

The problem is that Clark is now suddenly alive at the same time that Superman is back alive. How is that going to be explained? It didn't help that Lois Lane calls the newly raised Superman "Clark" in front of a police officer.

It is one of those things that bug me. I wonder of the movies will deal with it or just ignore it.

  1. Yes, this bugged me, too. I saw the movie with a friend and I even turned to him and asked "how is he supposed to go back like nothing happened?"

  2. Bruce Wayne didn't seem particularly careful with his identity either.
